Safety Management - Ongoing Support

 

OH&S Consulting partners Clients in the effective implementation of OSH Management Systems and the required ongoing safety maintenance to assure alignment and achievement of objectives.  This can include:

• Attend the monthly Safety Meeting where we would act as an OSH Consultant and provide specialist advice on relevant issues including legislative changes.

• Attendance at management meetings to review progress against the safety management plan targets and objects.

• Serving as Client representative during external audits.

• Development of the OSH Committee.

• Coaching of key personnel in their OSH responsibilities.

• Conducting in-house OSH training.

• Review of identified hazards and or participate in specific risk assessments.

• Assist in contractor management – prequalification assessment of contractors, review of submitted safety management plans, auditing of contractors.

• Review any new incident reports, investigations and outstanding corrective actions.

• Review training status and procedural review. 

• Attend head office/field locations to facilitate specific inspections/audits or a Job Hazard Analysis on a pre-determined high-risk job.

• Participate in a workplace inspection and coach employees/managers on hazard Identification.

• Provide a brief report on progress status and conditions found.
