Course Intention:
The course is intended to assist persons in carrying out their appointed person duties outlined in their Section 44 Appointment letter.
The course is developed in accordance with client operational needs.
All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance.

Understanding and explain appointed person duties and letter of appointment.

Explain the powers of and how to respond to inspectors requests for information.

Recall the statutory penalties applicable to appointed persons and the client for to non-compliance with appointed person duties.
