Bullying, Violence and Aggression Management Training

Course Duration:

Course Location: 

All OH&S Consulting training is performed face to face at your premises or a Training Venue can be arranged (at an additional fee).

 

Course Intention: 

This course is intended for all persons in the work place. It will cover duty of care, identification and management of workplace bullying and violence. 

 

All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance. 

 

Learning Objectives & Outcomes: 

• Understand the legislation and duty of care.

• Understand how to identify and manage workplace violence and bullying.

• To be able to put in place policies and procedures to address these issues.

• How to enforce information and educate staff.

• Identify training needs.

• Hazard identification and reduction.

 

Course Contents: 

• An overview of what workplace bullying is in accordance with legislation.

• The responsibilities of employers and management.

•  Risk management in accordance with AS 4360.
