All OH&S Consulting training is performed face to face at your premises or a Training Venue can be arranged (at an additional fee).
Course Intention:
The course is intended to assist all personnel in the safe handling of foods and kitchen safety.
All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance.
Learning Objectives & Outcomes:
By the end of the course/workshop participants will be able to:

Recognise contributing factors to food poisoning.

Determine how to prevent food poisoning.

Understand good food handling techniques and general kitchen safety.
Course Contents:

Food poisoning - incorrect temperature, cross contamination, personal hygiene and environment.

How to prevent food poisoning using hygiene, waste management, potable water and cleaning of food premises.

Correct food handling controls including cooking/thawing, transport and disposal.

Safe use of knives and other hazards in the kitchen.
