All OH&S Consulting training is performed face to face at your premises or a Training Venue can be arranged (at an additional fee).

 

Course Intention: 

This course is intended to prepare participants in the use of Hazard Assessment Tools to effectively manage hazards in the workplace.

 

All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance.

 

Learning Objectives & Outcomes: 

Upon completion of this course participants will:

• Have a sound understanding of Hazard Management principles.

• Identify and describe broad categories of hazards that exist in the workplace.

• Demonstrate competence in applying Hazard Management principles to work performed.

• Have a sound understanding of how to competently use the Risk Assessment Tools.

• Be able to generate appropriate Risk Control solutions for an identified risk using the hierarchy of controls.

• Be able to effectively document the Risk Assessment process in a report.

• Be familiarised with the site Hazard Register.

• Recognise the need for compliance with a systematic approach to Risk

• Management.
